Description: Verde Ubatuba granite is a medium to coarse grained, olive-green granite (charnockite) of the Precambrian period with large quatities of quartz and some red garnets. This stone internationally may be nominated as a granite but in the area of application of the European Standard this stone must be nominated as a charnockite.
